The Satoyama Mace Initiative community builds relationships and establishes a network for global sustainability efforts. Its main purpose is to use carbon reduction technology, biodiversity carbon sequestration technology development and evaluation, biodiversity carbon reduction plan research, and biodiversity carbon credits issuance, which creates a sustainable economic chain with certification, and implement the Satoyama Initiative and the "Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Outline" of the 15th Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD COP15) global agreement.
里山權杖倡議社群為全球永續努力而營造關係建立聯絡網，主旨藉由減碳科技、生物多樣性碳匯技術發展與評估、生物多樣性減碳計畫研究、生物多樣性碳權核發與認證創造永續經濟鏈，實踐里山倡議與《生物多樣性公約》第15屆締約方大會（CBD COP15）全球協議《昆明-蒙特婁全球生物多樣性綱要》。
