永續碳權里山里海地景對抗氣候變遷國際會議
永續碳權里山里海地景對抗氣候變遷國際會議，獲得聯合國大學高等研究所永續發展（UNU-IAS）之里山倡議國際夥伴關係（IPSI）於 2025 年授權舉辦。該國際會議將於 2026 年 4 月 8 日至 9 日，在國立成功大學 (NCKU)，臺灣臺南舉行。會議將召集 IPSI 成員、學術專家、政策制定者、在地社區以及參與碳權機制和氣候變遷減緩工作的相關利害關係人。
全球原居民氣候合作計畫
世代以來，原住民族始終是森林、河流與大地的守護者。傳統智慧與對生態的細心呵護，不僅維護了生物多樣性，更是全球對抗氣候變遷的關鍵。誠摯邀請各部落與社群，將這份深厚的生態守護轉化為永續的資源。我們協助社群建立自然碳匯專案。透過國際碳交易市場為部落帶來長期的經濟支持。我們提供專業的碳匯評估與衛星監測技術，且專案的前期行政與監測費用可延後至產生收益後再支付，減輕社群負擔。
New Publication Released
The methodologies are compiled in a new volume titled “KMGBF-Aligned Carbon Mitigation Methodologies under the Satoyama Mace Initiative” (ISBN 978-626-447-339-2), scheduled for publication on May 1, 2026.

Satoyama Mace Initiative Registry

The Satoyama Mace Initiative Registry is a scientific home for a high-integrity carbon registry framework that supports biodiversity-positive, community-led carbon projects. This activity was endorsed by the UNU-IAS/IPSI steering committee in 2024.

(Validation and Verification Body Registration)
This initiative supports Socio-Ecological Production Landscapes and Seascapes (SEPLS) in establishing Greenhouse Gas (GHG) programs, leading to the issuance of Biodiversity-SDG Carbon Credits. These credits are based on robust Measurement, Reporting, and Verification (MRV) systems, aligned with international standards such as ISO 14065.
System-of-Systems Solution in Monitoring, Reporting, Validation, and Verification on GHGs/Carbon Cycle in Biodiversity Ecosystem
本計畫與臺灣太空中心（TASA）合作，建構溫室氣體、碳循環與生物多樣性監測之系統整合（System-of-Systems, SoS）MRV平台，並於2025年獲聯合國國際里山倡議夥伴關係（UNU-IAS/IPSI）指導委員會支持。整合生成式強化學習（GRL）、分子光譜模擬、衛星遙測、現地採樣及實驗分析等技術，建立從近紅外至微波波段的碳監測模型與全球原居民碳匯資料庫，提升碳盤查、碳信用、生物多樣性監測及自然為本氣候解方的科學可信度與應用效益。
里山倡議永續碳匯創生中心
聯合國大學高等永續研究所(UNU-IAS)國際里山倡議夥伴關係 (International Partnership for the Satoyama Initiative, IPSI )成員於國立成功大學及其研究發展基金會內設立「里山倡議永續碳匯創生中心」（SEPLS-CCRR），以支持本平台在生物多樣性領域推動相關活動，並發展用於量化專案效益的方法學，特別是針對社區發展所帶來的溫室氣體（GHG）減量或移除之評估。
里山權杖計畫原居民族生物多樣性生態實驗室
「原住民族生物多樣性、碳與社區振興生態實驗室」是一個以社區為基礎的示範場域，以UNU-IAS/IPSI里山倡議戰略目標為經緯，整合生物多樣性保育、氣候行動、原住民族知識與永續農村發展。透過原生植物復育、授粉者棲地營造、公民科學、環境教育，以及自然為本的碳匯行動，該生態實驗室推動具韌性的地景與社區福祉。MACE為香料植物發芽種子，亦如權杖一樣。作為「Satoyama MACE Initiative」的一部分，它展示了如何將生物多樣性、文化、碳匯能力與在地生計共同強化。此場域同時也是學習、合作、研究與創新的平台，支持人與自然之間更和諧的關係。
